SSP031-2C Single Straw Paper Bopp Film Packing Machine With Two Color Printing
SSP031-2C series automatic high-speed single-film (paper) packaging machine is a device that automatically packs drinking straws into in 3 sides sealing bags. The whole machine is composed of a drive motor, a transmission system, a film (paper) unwinding device,a printing device(Paper printing), a straw filling device, an automatic sealing device, a product conveying device.The machine is developed by my technical staff and has a high degree of automation and production speed. Filling and packaging are completed at one time.
Characteristics:
1.Having 2 or 3 colours printing device can be chosen.
2.With automatic product counting function, product quantity may pre-set, once the pre-set value is reached, the machine will give an alarm.
3.Printing, feeding, and packing can complete in one processing.
4.Packing straw length is adjustable within a certain range.
Printing unit:
1.Bopp cant print by this machine ,you should print LOGO on bopp film ready in other machine, Then pack the straw into the bags.
2.Paper Material can be printed on machine directly.And the machine will pack straw in paper bag after printing.
